Online Assessment is first step in this process whoch usually lookalike hackeranck style and then company schedule you onsite interview . 2 medium leetcode questions to solve and then one behavioral round
first i has home assignment and then i got 2 zoom interviews in a row, in each interview was a leetcode question and behavereal questions.
each one took between 1 to 1.5 hours.
Very good but hard interview overall. Pay was great and so was the work life balance. Fully remote and great mentorship. Benefits were also good with 401k match and pto
Three interview rounds are incredibly stressful and draining. They force you to repeat yourself, manage endless scheduling, and perform on demand. It is completely valid to feel exhausted by this.
