I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Amazon in Nov 2010
Interview
There were two people in the room asking me questions. It was intimidating at first, but I felt fairly confident. They asked questions that relate to the 5S and behavioral questions such as, "what would you do if someone came to work drunk?" Also, be sure to elaborate on your communication and leadership skills. Be Confident.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
