four stages - 1st stage is a short interview with the recruiter, which you won't be able to reach after the call because they make themselves scarce and unresponsive. 2nd stage you will receive a multiple choice test which as badly worded questions and some that are just plain wrong. 3rd stage you will receive even more badly worded bookish questions showcasing the lack of practical experience of the interviewers. 4th stage even more leadership panel questions, all very badly worded. The interviewers were also late to the interview and quite unprofessional, rude, and racist during the interviews. Theory does not replace practical experience, but that is something the process does not take into account so the entire interview process is rather flawed.

Applied for Amazon AGI. After first round, it will go into full round of multiple interviews. Lots of modern LLM training technic questions. There are still some behavioral questions, but less than general Amazon roles.
Interviewed with 1 phone screen, 1 coding, 2 ml design and 2 lp rounds. Most questions were non-leetcode questions more related to day to day ml implementations. The questions were very practical.
