3 rounds. Once initial HR, followed by 2 back to back interviews. This was also during covid. Others have said it was an initial interview via phone, then one onsite interview, then two back to back interviews on site.

Question 1
How would you handle a subordinate who was denied a grace period (docked pay for arriving late) when the other employee they car pooled with was given a grace period from their manager?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
