Interview
I successfully cleared the interview and was informed that I would be receiving an offer letter. However, the recruiter kept postponing the expected date repeatedly, offering vague assurances each time. After weeks of uncertainty and no formal communication, I ultimately accepted a position elsewhere. The entire experience was disappointing, marked by a lack of transparency and professionalism, and it felt like a complete waste of my time and effort.

Irrelevant questions which were not making any sense
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
