First contact is a phone call from the recruiter, generic questions based on Leadership Principles to assess your fit to the role.
If you pass it, next and last step is a STAR format interview panel, with 4-5 interviewers. 2 different Leadership Principles asked by each interviewer. Respond following STAR method carefully, provide data and numbers or % in EVERY answer.

Describe a situation when you went above and beyond your responsibilities to complete a task.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
