3 people interview for 30 minutes each and they ask you 2 -3 questions on their leadership priciples. They will then ask you two follow up questions regarding the answer that you give. Then you ask them any questions you want to ask

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
