Got an email saying my resume has been shortlisted. Replied back to the email specifying dates for a telephonic interview. Did not receive an acknowledgment email confirming the date. A day before the date that I had asked for got a confirmation email.
There were 2 back to back telephonic interviews about personal goals, why do i fit into the role, some creative questions about amazon's business changes, explaining the past work situations.
I do not know what constitutes right answer for these kind of questions and since its telephonic, it all depends on choice of words and brevity.

Employee referred resume to HR person. HR person emailed to schedule phone interview with member of team. Interviewer called on scheduled day/time for 45min phone interview.
