Amazon CSA - Customer Service Associate interview questions

I was selected through campus. The designation was CSA where in they had two divisions e-mail process and voice process. There were 4 -5 rounds in the whole recruitment process. The 1st round was a JAM , they give you a topic and ask you to speak about it .They select you based on how loud you speak (i.e audible and clear voice).But they don't eliminate many of the students. Even if you couldn't perform that well, its fine they select you for the e-mail process. The shorlisted candidates are sent to the Written versant round which is the 2nd round, this is where many people get eliminated. Here they check you typing speed, your grammar, your english language fluency. The selected students will also be sent to Voice versant this is optional. If you want go for e-mail writing then that's fine else they will give you a chance to attempt the voce versant as well which will be the 3rd round. The voice versant has nothing to do with typing or anything you will have to do everything using the microphone on the headset provided. If you clear the round with a high score then you will sent for Voice versant for International Voice. This will be similar to the normal Voice versant but more typical than it. Here you will be hearing voices in different accents and should be able to understand that. The candidates who do not get selected in the Voice versant will be offered with national voice process (telugu /hindi). The last round was the HR interview round, where in they ask you questions from you resume and some other questions . They mainly check you body language and communication skills. There will be elimination here also. Overall the process was lengthy and it finished in the midnight aroud 1:30 a.m.

The interview consisted of 4 rounds (to my surprise no HR interview) 1.) Group discussion :- Any topic of your choice. A few words only required. 2.)Write Versant :- This round tests your grammar and typing speed. You will be subjected to an online test. 1.) Grammar 2.)Summarising 3.)E-Mail Writing 3.)CSA Role Simulation:- You will have to perform actions according to a conversation between a CSA agent and a customer e.g:- Including credit card details to account, performing a change of address. 4.)Verbal Fluency Test:- This test is done to check if the candidate is suitable for a voice process or should he be put into chat or e-mail support
