Amazon SDE-intern interview questions

The interview process focused on leadership principles, behavioral questions, and problem-solving skills, including a LeetCode “Valid Parentheses” stack question to assess analytical thinking, coding efficiency, and decision-making under pressure, while evaluating communication clarity, teamwork, adaptability, and overall technical depth across various scenarios and real-world challenges.

On my first scheduled date, the interviewer didn’t attend the meeting. I had prepared extensively, so it was disappointing. After I reached out to HR, it took some time to receive a response, and the interview was rescheduled twice. When the interview finally took place, it began directly with technical questions, and the interviewer seemed disengaged. After completing the coding question, they asked a few basic behavioral questions and concluded the interview.
