I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2021
Interview
At the interview they take everyone who is interviewing for driver, or warehouse. Give them the same general training about amazon. Then from there you are split in to drivers and warehouse where you are put with your respective third party company. Overall the better you adapt to driving in different locations the better you will do. If you make it through prime week, or Christmas you have experienced the possible working season.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Austin, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
Interview process was straight forward and not overwhelming. Needed more questions to ask. When working for a big company it still has a team vibe but allows some time to work alone and think in figure out next steps
Straight forward, short, easy. Demand exceeds the supply. always searching for new delivery drivers. Questions e.g., why do you want to work for Amazon, why a delivery delivery, can you show up at 430am every morning, and so on...
