Question 1
tell me about a time you invented something out of the box and how it served to the business
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Dubai) in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process seemed quite straight forward to begin and after the initial round, they had 4 back to back rounds with team members who are asked to listen to answers in the STAR approach. All went fine however, its been 2 month since, and what is sad is, being an MNC, the Dubai team didn't have the decensy even to send an automated email. Expected more from a company like Amazon.
