Interview Process started with Linkedin. Initial 3 rounds of phone interviews ( in 2017 ) and then on-site interview. The whole discussion in the interview was a mix of technical, scenarios and soft skills especially on situation handling and decision making.

Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. She helped in scheduling hour long phone screen interview. The interviewer was quite rude. He was cross questioning even on behavioral interview questions. They will keep asking deep and deep questions if you keep answering their questions.
