Went through the regular recruiter, followed by initial team member interview and on-site interview. I was recommended for the position, however the team decided to move ahead with an internal candidate after they had accepted me. Hence, had multiple phone interviews with different groups to find the best matching team. This process took several weeks and received an offer.

Give me a situation where you had to pivot your product, what was the end result, and would you have done anything differently?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Dec 2024
Interview
Went through complete loop after submitting my writing assignment. The interviewers showed up without reading my assignment. How I know? I mentioned that I submitted an additional example for asked question to which the interviewer replied that she hasn't seen it. One of the interviewer was very rude and not friendly from the get go, probably she didn't like me as the hiring manger was my referral. I already knew I am not getting an offer.
