There were five 1-hr video interviews split over two days. The interviews were focused on behavioral interview questions that probed for the candidate's demonstration of key AMZ leadership principles. Each interviewer had a different subset of AMZ's 16 leadership principles to test.
Generally great. However the role was for a tech product manager and the technical bar is higher than what you would expect at any other product management role. Be prepared with a a lot of technical definition and reasoning for arch design.
