Phone interview with hiring manager. Learned more about the team. Straight forward interview questions as expected. The company website is very helpful on what to expect and what to prepare for.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to solve a complex financial problem. Then followed up with 'would you have done anything differently?'. I wasn't used to follow up questions so it's good to prepare for next time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I interviewed with Amazon Device team for a senior financial analyst position in April. The interview process was standard and I received an offer within a week.
Highlight --- I submitted my reimbursement request for food and travel right after my on-site interview in February. It's now June. I've sent 5 follow-up emails since to the reimbursement department, my recruiters and interview coordinators. No reimbursement and more importantly, no one ever responded to my message, ever, not a single word.
I have never seen a recruiting team more unprofessional. This is not a reflection of the finance team since everyone I interviewed with seemed professional and competent. Additionally, I love Amazon services. However, I do want to let everyone know if this might happen to you. I don't know whose fault it is since on one ever responded to me, so I don't want to publicize any names but message me in case you want to learn the names of my recruiter and coordinator.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Mar 2019
Interview
Received interview through internal referral. HR contacted me the next day, asking me to fill out some standard questions like salary expectation, willing to relocate, etc. 3 weeks later received request to schedule phone interview with hiring manager. The manager was really busy and they only told me the exact time 2 days before the interview day. Then they re-scheduled the time because of time conflict.
The manager called me and did not ask for self intro, nor did he give one about him and the team. Straightly go into behavioral questions. Sounded like he had a list of questions he had to go through. No deep dive into my experience, no interactions, just going through the list one by one. Feels more like a test rather than communication, that they try to make you to complete the questions, rather to getting to know you.
