Talent Acquisition will contact you and ask you a series of questions (via email) Should you make it past these you are then scheduled for an informational interview first. After the informational interview you will let them know if you wish to move forward in the process. If so, then an Amazon Chime (zoom like video) or phone will be scheduled with a Sr. Regional HR leader.

Submit application first, get feedback from the recruiter, completed the assessment, set a short phone talk with the recruiter for basic information and provide the available time for next step, and then set the phone interview. After that you will get notice about if the interview will be moving forward or not.

Interview
2 rounds of Phone screen via telephonic followed by 5 to 6 rounds of face to face interviews. The interviews are behavioural in nature where instances related to past work experience are asked. Important to go through Amazon leadership principles and prepare well for the interview as the interview is only basis the Leadership Principles . Without preparation, it is very difficult to crack the interview.
