Question 1
what is the technical challenge you have faced in your current project?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (New York, NY) in Sep 2024
Interview
entry level college grad SDE position. I had a recruiter contact me and then did an online assessment with 2 leetcode medium (maybe easy?) questions and a virtual job simulation. After that, I had 3 back to back interviews, 1 focused on behavioral leadership skills and 2 technical. 2 technical were focused mostly on objective orientated programming and the actual coding was not too hard.

Question 1
why did you choose a certain language or technology?
round 1: Online Assessment which is 4 hours long but it realistically takes about 3 with 70 minutes for the two coding questions. It included two leetcode type questions, a work simulation test, and behavioral/work-style questions
2nd round: 3x60 interview. 3 hour long interviews back to back with the first round being both technical and behavioral, i.e the interviewer asking behavioral questions as well as coding and the 2nd round being only technical with the interviewer asking only coding questions. 3rd round was purely behavioral.
