Amazon Software Manager interview questions

Overall good; principals question, tell a story, design review with drawings, and a written essay about my best success. After the essay and problem solving exercise did a full day "loop". Most of the loop was senior folks with one being Jr. (I could tell they were new as they didn't listen to my answers, but the senior folks seemed smart and engaged.

The process that I went through is probably not going to be very useful to you, since I only did a phone interview, because I did not progress further than that in the process.
