It was simple and quick, they asked questions about previous experience, short and long term goals, pay rate preferences, obstacles that were surpassed, etc. Simple interview process and a drug screening (mouth swab).
Pretty straight forward process, seasonal hire interview process for mass hiring, usual for Amazon teams. Friendly team, greeted at the front with other groups. I was looking for a team lead position, even though the posting was general, and if you are a good candidate with more experience you could ask about the other hiring positions.

Interview
