There is no interview they just get you set up with onboarding and training for your first 2 days of work. These first 2 days of work you absolutely must show up for though.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon (Asheville, NC) in Nov 2024
Interview
It's more of telling you when you're going to start than an actual interview. I reviewed the shift I selected with the interviewer, then took a photo for a badge, then took a mouth swab drug test while watching a introduction video. They gave me a start date after the background check was passed.
Group interview in a large room, more like a presentation. They went over procedures then had us do a drug test on the spot. Very causal and did not seem like an overview much at all.
