Long interview process compared to most other tech giants. Basically you have to do an interview loop essentially 5 interviews with a mix of colleagues/managers/technical folks. These 5 will then come into a room/virtual room to vote on whether you get hired or not.

3 steps: First one was screening with the recruiter Second was screening with a colleague Third was what amazon call "the loop" which is 4 x 1 hour interviews with 4 experienced amazon employees. They ask you behavioural style questions which you have to answer in a specific format about your past work experiences

Can you describe a difficult interaction you’ve had with a customer? Can you provide an example of when you asked a customer for feedback?
