The interview process was significantly delayed due to poor coordination and internal miscommunication within the HR team. It took several weeks to schedule what was described as a phone screen but turned out to be a virtual meeting via Chime. The interviewer appeared disengaged, made minimal eye contact, and asked few standard interview questions, giving the impression that the meeting was merely a formality.
