Interview
Two interviews followed by an automated rejection email.
Badly structured interview that focused on them talking about themselves rather than asking me questions. This made it difficult to present my skills and they came across as incredibly unprofessional with lack of skills for the role they interviewed for.

Loop process was very long and tedious. Prepare every STAR example of your work experience you can think of, and then some. Be ready to think and embellish on the spot.
