Very thorough, they weave out the best and are looking for your focus on Customer Service and the customer experience. Complete online application, if they like you, they request for you to complete a digital interview. If selected, phone interview within a day of completing HireVue. Moving forward? Meet and greet. Then they narrow candidates down for a final informal interview. STAR behavioral interview, then your offer!

Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
