Interview
The interview process took a total of 3 months. I applied online through LInkedIn. I was contacted by one of the HR recruiters for an informal interview. This informal interview was just to give the HR recruiter a better idea of my resume / professional background. Then I had a second informal interview with the same HR recruiter about a month later to discuss salary requirements and more specifically what I thought about the role. I then had a formal in-person interview about a month later with the general interview questions.
The interview process was SLOW, but it was overall an easy interview. Mostly personality based.

3 in person interviews Team / Manager Director VP The questions were focused on past experience and knowledge of Industrial Engineering. It's best to use an interview strategy when discussing previous experience.

Which Industrial Engineering principle do you feel best aligns with your strengths?
Went through 3-4 rounds where they asked behavioral and then some case studies here and there. Really wanted to see how you thought through a problem. Overall the behavioral questions were also centered around how you'd fit into the team and what you value.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Express

2nd interview met with the team
3rd interview hiring manager and program manager
Total process was around 20 days. 1 day after final interview l received the offer.
