Technical -
1. What is better as primary key , Surrogate key or Natural keys in data modelling and what to define when with example.
2. Tell what projects you worked upon and what are the steps to follow for Data modelling.
3. Top 3 Challenges which you faced in design and Technical side and then detailed questions around each of the challenges.
Behavioral, Team Skill and Situation based Round
1. How will you manage the multiple projects, what to do in case of conflicts.
2. Give some example where you have lead by example
3. Give some example of team work and giving knowledge sharing sessions to your team

Interview
The interview was with panel of 5-6 folks. There were business and technical folks. It was around 30 min and real quick and crisp. There was not a sec of time waste and they covered all aspects from conceptual to physical and business process.
