American Express Project Analyst interview questions

Applied on their website and was contacted about a week and a half later to do a phone screen with an HR rep after which I had an interview onsite with a manager. The only annoying thing was that the HR rep and the manager never really reached out when they said they would. After speaking to the HR rep initially she said someone would reach out within a week but no one reached out till I contacted them again and that whole process took about 2-3 weeks later. Then after my interview with the manager they told me they would let me know within the week if I got it or not. I did not get an email until 5 weeks later, which I understand since it was a rejection email, but then why say a time period at all if you aren't going to meet it.

Had my initial interview with HR where she asked about my prior experiences, and my interest in the position and the company. Contacted by the manager later. No technical questions were asked. Mostly behavioral questions.
