American Express Service Assurance Engineer II interview questions

The interview consisted of total 3 rounds. 2 Technical and one HR+Managerial. In first technical it was more about SQL query writing and UNIX questions. In the 2nd round they asked about ITIL process based and scenario based questions. The third round consisted of HR and Managerial round in which they ask common questions about why you want to join AMEX and why you are leaving previous organization and what are your future goals etc.
