I went for 1round phone interview.
The recruiter asked only two questions and told me that was enough.
Overall it was nice but hoped the recruiter asked more questions.
Later she told me the role is very competitive and wasn't sure if the company can sponsor for employment visa for foreigners.

Interviewed through a third-party temp agency and it was pretty easy. Just went through the resume and talked about some of the requirements for the position. After that you can ask some questions I asked about moving up and how that works to show that I was interested in being there long term
