Had to take a technical interview and then a Skype interview. Technical interview was straightforward, was video recorded answering questions. Mostly questions related to Apple products. The Skype interview was also fine. The interviewer was very friendly and professional. A background check was also conducted through an external company.

The interview consisted of an initial phone call which was an on-the-spot interview with some role-playing questions involved. Then there were 3 more scheduled webcam interviews with more of the same, including a chat simulation (since I was interviewing for a chat position).

It was a long process and nerve-wracking, but overall it was seamless and everybody was kind. Just need to know how to trouble shoot different situations and relax. I would go onto different sites to see what main problems occur on devices and learn how to fix them before the interview.
