I applied online, then attended a job fair. I didn't expect to hear anything, but received a phone call about three weeks later. I did a ten minute phone interview and was scheduled for a Facetime interview a week later. Then an interview with a management team. They are very friendly and relaxed. Remember that the customer's experience is the most important thing with them.

Pretty laid back. Had 2 interviews. They told me I didn't get it. When I asked why they ignored me. I think they are looking for someone to be able to spout off anything they tell you to say.
