Very challenging and thorough but fair. Was a group interview scenario throughout all stages, there were 3 in total. Was fun and challenging at same time. All interviewers were very kind and friendly and were there to make you feel at ease.

Tell me about a time you had a very difficult customer
Il colloquio in Apple è fortemente basato su domande comportamentali con il metodo STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Gli intervistatori chiedono esempi concreti tratti dall’esperienza lavorativa per valutare competenze come orientamento al cliente, collaborazione, leadership, gestione dei conflitti, problem solving e capacità di adattamento. È importante rispondere in modo strutturato, spiegando il contesto, il proprio ruolo, le azioni intraprese e i risultati ottenuti. Le domande tendono ad approfondire situazioni reali vissute dal candidato piuttosto che conoscenze teoriche o risposte generiche. L’atmosfera è generalmente professionale ma cordiale, con particolare attenzione ai valori aziendali e all’esperienza del cliente.
Very straight forward, ask about your previous work experience and customer service experience. Was totally like a conversation and not like a script they were going off. It’s a simple process and truly seamless
Challenge yourself. Each interview is different than the last even for the same role. You must be able to share stories that support the goals of the store. Moving up can be quite challenging due to the number of applicants
