Interview
Started with an online application. They then sent me an email a few days later asking me to come in for an event at an Apple store where they would get to know me better and I could get to understand the type of job it was. A lot of propaganda, a lot of "team building" actives. We had to do a group project. They seemed to want everyone to buy everything they were saying. It was a bit irritating.

How have you dealt with an unhappy customer before?
Group interviews where you had to speak about your experience and answer scenario questions. You had to speak about client facing roles and how to best suit what the customer is looking for. Personality traits and people skill set based.
There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.

Only made it one round. First interview is over the phone. Very basic questions to start just to feel you out before they move on to conduct the in person interview
