It was not too bad, they were friendly and ensured that I knew exactly what I needed to answer. I think the whole process is too long though. I would recommend preparing for a lot of questions about handling people.
Group interviews where you had to speak about your experience and answer scenario questions. You had to speak about client facing roles and how to best suit what the customer is looking for. Personality traits and people skill set based.
There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.
