Interview
Arrive at the store at a given time. Store Leader observes you from a far. The recruiting agent brings you to the store leader and the interview begins for around 30 mins asking personal questions about who you are as a person and what makes you motivated and why specifically do you want this job.
Group interviews where you had to speak about your experience and answer scenario questions. You had to speak about client facing roles and how to best suit what the customer is looking for. Personality traits and people skill set based.
There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.
