Purely personality-based and honestly they don't care much about experience, just care about your growth and how you will be loyal to the company and customer care a lot, also care about how u work ina team a lot and critiscm
Group interviews where you had to speak about your experience and answer scenario questions. You had to speak about client facing roles and how to best suit what the customer is looking for. Personality traits and people skill set based.
There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.
