Interview
1. Recruiter emailing you for interest for an interview
2. Phone screen with 8 basic heat transfer questions
3. If passed, the senior engineer in the group will have another phone interview with chit chat and then 3 technical questions.
Which of the following heatsinks has best cooling performance, straight fins, pinned fins, or staggered fins, if they all have the same overall dimensions, surface area, and fin pitch?
First a call from recruiter. 15 min technical questions. If pass you go to phone interview stage. Then manager called me for 40 min technical interview. Very fundamental questions. Questions not asked clearly. For most of them not all needed input parameters are provided so you should ask what needed
