Question 1
Sorting based coding algorithm problem related to AV stack
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Applied Intuition in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview is short call with the HR Recruiter based in CA, US. She woke up at 3am her time not in a good mood without any smile. Simply being asked simple screening questions. I had the impression she had no clue about my profile from technical perspective. The recruiter insisted on the 5-day office presence (in their unknown new Stuttgart office) and just kept insisting on asking whether I need a sponsorship even though am a German Citizen (kinda weird), it seems like it is weapon they use against their sponsored associates. Anyways, after reading all the reviews and negative feedback about the work environment, I'm really glad that the process ended early to save time.

Question 1
Walk-me through your CV and tell me more about your background?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Applied Intuition in Apr 2025
Interview
I applied via referral. The interview process was similar to FAANG. Recruiter + HM chat. Went for remote onsite. 2 coding + 2 system design + 2 behavioral rounds . Coding was leetcode medium with added variations. The variations add a nice flavor to the questions. Design round was focussed towards meeting all requirements, trade offs and scalability.
All the folks I met were really passionate and smart about the company and culture. Got a lot of good vibes on the company's future growth and trajectory.
Would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to work on impactful and high growth company.
