Interview
Two interviews with recruiters then one 4 hour long interview with about 6 people. Unorganized, Tedious, Overly casual you'd think you would get the role. Some level of high professionalism is needed. I would say some parts were also awkward because you had to talk to yourself to be engaged while interviewers were quiet. For a new grad role that doesn't require experience, it's too tedious and high strung. It seems like school matters a lot for this company. Good to have at least one big name in your resume.
