Applied Materials interview questions

Interview compried of phone interview which latest ~45mins, based on which then onsite interviews 4-5 people of 45mins each, then a final interview. Mostly it was female management chain of interviewers and decision makers with only couple of males with not much influence/decision making powers and chain head loved to take and love their own command. Was very upset and didn't like when "he" was used when referring to any question. Even after goung thru so many interviews and satisfying tough technical, personality, management, team development, team spirit, collaboration etc.. was told I don't fit into organization

Very comfortable and relaxed, they aren’t trying to trick you. Meet with a handful of employees for about half an hour each. Mostly trying to see if you are a good fit for the position.
