Easy questions, asked to tell something about the background, informative. They try to answer all the questions asked. Not so many questions are asked of you. The interviewer is friendly and outgoing.

Very short. They don't care about your experience cause the job itself doesn't really require one, but the job itself is hard and psychological not really recommended. They will first train you for long time and then after that if you really learn the policies and are good then you an apply to better opportunities but is not really a good company
