Ascension interview questions

The process was rather informal. I interviewed with 2 of the senior managers in the department who employed a very conversational style of interview. The conversation, though informal, was directed. It was clear that these managers had conducted interviews for this position many times before and knew exactly what they wanted to learn about the candidate (me).

Initially hired via phone interview, spoke with the manager in detail, could relate to her personality via phone & knew it would be a good fit. The job was offered at that time and the additional hiring process to another month.
