Ascension interview questions

Panel Interview, phone screen, manager interview and peer interview. all straight forward behavioral and situational interview questions as expected. in person interview took about an hour, received call from HR with offer about 1 week after. follow up with pre employment physical and drug screen prior to start date

A recruiter contacted me at the end of January to see if I was interested in the position. The first onsite interview was mid-February and I discussed skills & qualifications with Director of Financial Planning and another Finance Consultant. The interview was was about 40 minutes long. The second interview was the first week of March. I met with two senior service line directors and answered several behavioral type interview questions. The second interview was about 50 minutes long. I was offered the position two days after the second interview. Please note that if you go through a staffing agency your references will be contacted twice, once by the staffing agency and once by the Ministry Service Center (Ascension).
