Vague and not very direct towards any applicable patient care that an average RN would encounter. Seems like the interviewer never worked with patients in the setting described and it was not exact to the described position as posted therein .

In person interview was awful. Manager made it seem like I was only being interviewed for a quota. She had a half sheet of paper with questions to ask me but never wrote anything down during the whole interview. They had no intention of ever hiring me so why put me through the process in the first place?

I was an internal employee at a similar role at a sister hospital. First round was with chief medical officer. 2nd round was with other members of the hospital senior leadership team including CEO. Also had brief interview with president of med staff and credentials chairman.
