It was very fast! I had an initial phone call about a week after applying. I was later called back and had one interview before I was hired. The entire process took less than 3 weeks.

It was easy to schedule a telephone interview, but interviewer was a no show and with the process of scheduling it wasn't a possibility to get a hold of the interviewer.

Interview
I met with the Director of nursing for an interview for a staff nurse position. It straightforward and quick then I was given the option between two units. Interviewed with the unit manager that day and I was offered the job.
