Question 1
Can you please tell me about yourself, background, etc
The process began with an online application and an initial screening round. This was followed by a digital, one-way video interview where I recorded answers to situational questions. Afterward, I was invited to a formal panel interview with a hiring manager and a senior consultant, focusing heavily on behavioral competencies, project management alignment, and culture fit within the team.

Question 1
You've just delivered a great project outcome for a client and everyone is happy. Walk us through the process for how you achieved this.
Very conversational and they ask your opinions on certain topics, how you get things done to get to know you. They don't just ask the typical "what are your strengths and weaknesses"
