I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aurecon in Jun 2025
Interview
Overall the process was pretty straightforward and all the instructions leading up to and during the interview process was easy to follow along. Wanting to better understand who you are, and actually have the time to reflect on yourself.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aurecon (Brisbane) in Jul 2025
Interview
After a month of no updates, I was invited to complete a timed video interview featuring a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The rigid time limits created unnecessary pressure and didn’t allow for thoughtful, meaningful responses, making the experience feel forced and ineffective.
Two weeks later, I attended an in-person interview with two managers, where many of the same behavioral questions were repeated, adding to the sense of redundancy and poor coordination.
The most disappointing part was the complete lack of follow-up, your thank you (follow-up) email will go unanswered, with the recruiter unwilling to spare even a few seconds to acknowledge the time and effort you invested. After nearly two months in their slow and inefficient process, it’s a shame to see such a lack of basic respect for candidates, especially from a company that claims to value people.
Had an online interview then in person. Wasn't too hard as no technical questions were asked but interview experienced varied depending on who conducted it, with some having technical questions and some not having anything.
