BASF Manager interview questions

Interviewed by 2 Directors and the HR Manager. Process is mainly headed by one of the active Directors who posed very real life scenario questions. I would rate it as a challenging Interview as questions are probed one after another. Everyone, including the receptionist portray skills of professionalism. I am impressed!

There were question asked about QC while giving plant tour; Question from Engineering Manager about Statistical process, handling responsibility, experience with quality and customers dealings. The plant manager gave introduction to plant and expectations.
