BASF Training Manager interview questions

I was brought in within a week or so of submitting my resume and phone screen with the recruiter. She didn't seem to know much about the job. I then followed up with the HR Manager and had a great interview and was excited about the position and told it would be a few weeks until I heard about next steps, given the holiday season, but heard the next day about scheduling the final interview for right after the holidays. I then interviewed with two individuals that I would be directly working with and thought that it went really well. I followed up and heard that it would be two weeks. Well this is when it turned into a long and drawn out process. The recruiter would not return my calls and then email me back stating that they were still finalizing the feedback - one month later? I decided to pursue other avenues and then received an email (I was one of the final two candidates) that I didn't get the job. I emailed the recruiter back stating that I thought it was very unprofessional to email a final candidate, that a phone call would have been appreciated so I could learn from the experience. I learned that I would not want to work for this company if they treated me like this in the interviewing process.
